Every once in a while a movie comes along that effects you profoundly and "Up", a Disney flick, is such a movie. I cried and so did Chappy. It is sweet poignant story of regret and the realization that if you've enjoyed your life, your adventure called life need no regret. It is a movie worth seeing. And, as it is a Disney/Pixar, it has a great many laughs too. The kids played while the adults were away, though the adults had a good time too. We went gift hunting with Sue and Ray and came away with a huge success as well as an unexpected boon. (Can't mention anything else, as those for whom the gifts were purchased may read this.) I love it when a plan comes together. Ok eyes are drooping and it is getting hard to keep them focused so ... Ciao for now Love Darc |
