While I was out camping with James this weekend-- more on that later-- Chappy received email communication that we are to report the end of May to Ft Hood, TX. That means for us, that we are going to spend the later half of March packing up the household goods for a DITY move (Do IT Yourself). Our lease on the house here is up March 31st and Chappy can sign out of the Unit the first of April. Except for Ashleigh's schooling this works out perfectly for timing. We hope to pop down, just Chappy and myself, to TX to scout for residence-- if we find something we may even do a door to door. Chappy still doesn't have his RFO (Request For Orders) so this isn't all set in stone but we have dates to get started on. God Bless Darc |
