Greek festival dancers, El Paso, TX Aug 2010
Today we took the time to visit the
St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church's Greek Food Festival. Had a wonderful time. The Gyro's were fabulous. We watched the dancers and clapped along. Two of the younger men were actually from
Crete. After the dancing group finished, two ladies started the traditional line dancing we often see at Greek gatherings. Several more joined them. They all brought back the wonderful memories of being in WI with Chappy's Greek family.
