Warning! Not for the faint of heart

Day one.  You can see the gash pretty well.

Day 2.  It is scabbed over.  No puss, no heat.  Day 3, itchy, less red, no puss, no heat, more complete scab.

So I did spend 10.5hours working yesterday and logged 6 today.  I think tomorrow may be a 10hour day too.

Ok so the foot.  I have pics from each day.

Each morning and night I put a clean bandage and several drops of therapeutic grade lavender essential oil on the wound and bandage.  Tonight I added coconut oil too, to soften the flaking itchy skin around the wound.  The swelling is down, so I will add heat tonight for a short time.  I will probably take the bandage off for the night to let it air.
