| Naked Palm Trees in Front yard |
Saturday, we had to prune back all of our palm trees. The freeze we had the early part of the year resulted in a browning (dieing) of all the palm fronds. So now we have bald palms. And Chappy started work on the swimming pool. A manifold had cracked on the heater, so we bypassed the heater and now run the pump without it.
Sunday, I got up early to add my volunteer manpower to building a Home for Our Troops recipient. The project was started on Friday and was to be completed by Sunday evening. The goal was to have the house roupghed in and I believe that goal was met. I left around 1p because they were just finishing the roofing and the new volunteers were set to clean-up, which was pretty easy as we kept the place clean as we went.
So today starts a wonderful new work-week. Ashleigh is back to school, spring break being finished and all.
